Here at the Iridescent Chameleon, LLC we take a different and unique approach in regards to Home Staging.  We blend the tried and true with a hint of whimsy and trend.  By creating a “non-cookie-cutter” design, you receive a unique one -of –a- kind design that stands out above the rest.  We bring the chutzpah and panache to your home.  

 

Our extensive background and training in merchandising and interior design brings the concepts of “why people buy things” and incorporate these methods to stage your home.  Are we the most expensive in the area? No.  Are we the cheapest in the area? No.  We are the valued adders to the equation of visually marketing your most valuable asset, your home.  Yes, we charge for our consultations.  The flat fee program was developed and consists of a thorough hour and half walk through to include a color consultation and curb appeal assessments.  This fee will also include a designer developed concept board and also acts as a deposit towards any future work. If no other work is required, and you want to attempt to do-it-yourself, than at least you have the tools and ideas from a professionally trained and certified designer. 

 

We are here for you, partnering with you, until the job is complete and we are both completely satisfied with the design.  If your home is occupied you will also receive a “test-drive” mini stage in one of the core areas of your home.  We not only stage homes, but are a full interior design company having access to trade- only houses and a network of certified professionals we have personally met with and vetted.  From roofing, flooring, painting, contractors estate sale companies, etc.; the list goes on.  We’ve got you covered.  You can’t afford not to hire us.
