Announcing new program "Designer for the Day"!

We’re having a great response to our “Designer for a Day” package! This service is just as the name states and for a flat fee of $225.00 you can receive an hour and half of interior designer, staging services, or e-styling.

Interior Design/Redesign:

The Interior design consultation is a comprehensive walk though where we make our suggestions and site opportunities for improvements. In addition, this also includes a color consult. A color consultation is more than just a paint swatch. It is assessing the entire home and suggesting a new color pallet for better flow and balance. There is also a a virtual design book developed to further visually explain the “look” we are recommending. After, the initial consultation, you can request additional services for personal shopping, or redesign. The hourly rate is $75.00.

Home Staging for Real Estate:

Home Staging consultation is the same as above, but also includes a mini-stage in a core area of your listing(s). Great for occupied homes!

This also includes a virtual design book to further visually explain the “look” we are recommending.

After the initial consultation, you can request additional services for personal shopping, staging, or redesign. The hourly rate is $75.00.

E-Styling:

This service is great for long distance utilizing technology. E-styling is a simple process whereby we make our professional assessments from your photos and give our interior design assessments. This can be achieved by email or a Skype session. A virtual design book is then created along with a list of possible vendors you may want to consider for purchasing items. $225.00 covers two sessions.

The main benefit to “Designer for the Day” is we can” tweak it” to meet your current interior design and home staging needs for a very affordable fee.

Our company still offers full model staging and vacant staging services for non-furnished properties. This program is not meant to replace, but to enhance this particular need. “Designer for the Day” gives one all the opportunities to stage/redesign your home at an affordable rate.
