“Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus” to coin a phrase. The house had been sitting on the market for well over 6 months, looking at another markdown. The broker reached out to us for our “Quick Stage and Shoot” program. The seller also elected for follow on assessments (home staging report) to address his curb appeal. We literally spent two hours on the property, touching every room, making as much impact for staging opportunities and only using what was available to us on site. Took new photos for their MLS and voila! Offer received and accepted in 9 days!
