At this time of the year the majority of our business is spent with out-of-town investors looking for real estate opportunities and assisting them with their design needs. We all know that something needs to attract and draw a potential buyer in. Most buyers are viewing online looking for potential vacation rental properties to purchase and/or have rented before next season. Not your average “house flippers,” but those who have the means to purchase high end properties.

Every day vendors in the trade solicit us with great deals on home items. Everything from furniture, to art, to pottery, etc., along with items one would need to turn a house into a true showcase model home. With that thought in mind, one of the services we provide our clients is passing on our discounts to sellers and investors. Why not act as a team so we can all enjoy the benefits of staging and interior design?

Our Mission is to develop true partnerships with our client’s in the successful sale of a home. We charge for labor, styling and of course the product. We consider ourselves a company who will be there for our clients creating an emotional connection with a potential buyer. Our strength is providing a value-added service to the real estate community through certified techniques recognized globally by Interior Designers and Home Stager professionals.

We have had many successes in our first year in the Cape and looking forward to expanding to Ft. Myers, Bonita Springs, and Naples.

Personally, I am so excited about the direction this company is taking. One of our favorite success stories is about an investor who recently purchased a property, sight unseen, on the advice of his financial planner. He found us on the website Houzz and from there things just took off. With my crew and photographer, we entered the property and with a big sigh of relief saw, what we refer to as “good working material” for staging. The furniture was presentable and enough accessories. In just a few hours’ time, we were able to redesign the entire condo to give it more of a vacation rental look with the “wow” factor. We added a few accessories from our inventory and our photographer took some great photos for promotion. After one week we were very excited when he called informing us our presentation of his condo had resulted in his renting it for the entire winter season. And, because of our company’s efforts, and value added skills, he was not only able to rent his property for the entire winter season, he rented it for more than his original asking price because so many were interested based on the photos and merchandizing of his property.
